One of the fashion world’s most revered names, Diane von Furstenberg and her inimitable brand began in the 1970’s and to this day, continue to influence people worldwide with contemporary, premium, irresistible designs.

Diane herself changed the face of fashion forever in 1972 when she founded her line just two years after moving to New York. By 1974, the Belgium-born designer (whose mother was a Holocaust survivor) had launched her wrap dresses and become an essential member of the fashion pack.

Her wrap dresses proved so popular, that by 1976, she had sold more than five million of them. Her 2014 memoir The Woman I Wanted to Be, has been translated into five languages, and in 2015, she was named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People.

Today, Jonathon Saunders has taken the creative helm, though Diane still acts as Chairman of her eponymous label. With its headquarters still in New York City, Diane von Furstenberg distributes its beautiful clothing and accessories to over 55 countries, including 148 DVF owned and partnered stores throughout North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
